Fabric 75, Maya Jane Coles' stellar entry into the fabric series, marks another new chapter in her remarkable career. The multi-award-winning 26-year-old British-Japanese producer/DJ's mix has proven such a formidable summer soundtrack, that fabric's record label has decided to commit two of the standout tracks to wax, as part of its occasional 10' vinyl sampler series. The lead track 'Premonition' was created by Maya especially for fabric 75, and is a stunning deeper-than-deep groove with a wistful melody that manages to hint at both hope and melancholy. The B-side comes from rising London-based producer Paride Saraceni, whose 'Dissolute' sees soaring synths and an infectious vocal ride atop rumbling tribal drums. The 10' sampler is strictly limited to 300 copies.
