Eventually reset PC to 'factory settings' and made Adobe the first software I installed.Elements 15 installed without a hitch - CS6 says 'serial number revoked.' I purchased this from a reseller on Amazon, with a download link and serial number, as 'deactivated software'.I feel this is just a ploy by Adobe to (try) to get me to pay a monthly subscription to CC.
